Founded by Amandeep Singh Dhaliwal on the belief that a call is only as good as the work behind it — this page marks the start of that work, not the offering of it.
ASD Financial Services is an independent equity research practice being built on ten years inside Indian banking and markets, alongside an ongoing CFA Program candidacy. The intent is narrow and deliberate: analysis and recommendations shaped by process and judgment, held to the same discipline whether or not anyone is watching.
Company-level analysis and buy / sell / hold calls, each with a stated price target, entry range and risk level — not a tip without the reasoning behind it.
Constructed positions reviewed and rebalanced on a stated schedule, so the logic is visible after the fact, not only at the moment of the call.
Plain-language notes on what moved and why it's relevant — written for someone who wants the reasoning, not the theatre.
